QUALICOAT
Qualicoat is a European quality label organisation that manages and promotes the quality of coating on aluminium and its alloys for architectural applications. Its main goal is to guarantee the realization of high quality coated products by following specific directives which involve plants, raw materials and finished products.
QUALIDECO
Qualideco is a quality label for decorative finishes obtained using heat transfer techniques. This label guarantees that the decoration plant, film producer and coated product comply with the requirements outlined in Qualideco specifications. Qualideco labelled products are suitable for outdoor use.
RINA TEST
RINA is the operating company of “Registro Italiano Navale”, the Italian association dealing with the certification and assessment of conformity in the shipbuilding industry. We have developed special finishes with high corrosion resistance and low flame spread, suitable for maritime environment.
ARCHITECTURAL TESTING
Architectural Testing is a laboratory accredited by AAMA (American Architectural Manufacturers Association) certification program that tests finishes according to several parameters like color uniformity, gloss, film adhesion, impact, abrasion, corrosion and chemical resistance. Our finishes meet all the requirements set by AAMA 2603 and 2604.
SUSTAINABILITY
The group was established in 1974 with the aim of improving aluminium surface finishes from a qualitative point of view. Today our goal is to ensure comfort and a better quality of life in buildings, paying more and more attention to the production of raw materials and the application of finishes. Low-emitting products: compliant with LEED® V4, BREEAM®, FRENCH VOC REGULATION.

The increasing demand for eco-friendly solutions led us to the development of powder coatings that do not emit harmful substances known as Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs).
Being VOC free, you can certify them and earn credits of the main international green building rating systems (LEED®, BREEAM®, WELL®).

LEED®
LEED® is the most widely used green building rating system in the world that certifies the energy and sustainability performances of buildings. Assessment includes several factors like water and energy savings, reduction of CO2 emissions, improvement of indoor environmental quality, materials used, accessibility to the site and so on.
Powder coatings and indoor air for Leed.
The concentration of chemical contaminants may damage air quality, human health, productivity as well as environment. To get the approval, powder coatings must not contain VOC.
Our powder coatings can be certified VOC free to meet such requirement.
BREEAM®
BREEAM®, established in the UK to assess the environmental performance of buildings, recognizes and reflects the value in higher performing assets across the built environment lifecycle, from new construction to in-use until refurbishment. Ratings are based on several environmental factors and range from PASS, GOOD, EXCELLENT to OUTSTANDING.
Powder coatings and indoor air for Breeam.
Within “Health and Wellbeing” category, credits can be achieved by meeting requirements related to VOC content and emissions in indoor air.
Decoral® System finishes are compliant with BREEAM® criteria for VOC emission levels.
WELL®
WELL® protocol, managed by the “International WELL Building Institute” (IWBI), is focused on health and mental wellbeing of those who occupy a built space. This system seeks to measure, certify and monitor all those building features that can compromise occupants’ health and wellness.

WELL® requires the reduction of VOC emissions in the air, released by paintings and indoor finishes. Requirements based on American standards are equivalent to those of LEED® and BREEAM®.
