Cutting
Aluminum sheets should be cut to size according to the layout of the graphics realized for the project.
Pre-treatment
Before powder coating, metal sheets must be pretreated to make the powder perfectly adhere to the surface.
Powder coating
Powder coating protects the surface against weathering and creates a base layer for decoration. Two different coats of powder have to be applied to get more vibrant colours.
Digital printing
We digitally print high resolution images supplied by the customer. This type of technology brings out the colours on the heat-transfer paper.
Decoration
The final step consists in transferring the sublimation inks from the paper to the powder-coated metal sheets using Decoral® equipment.
