Proces dekoralny
W 1993 roku Dekoral® wynalazł i opatentował unikalny proces sublimacji do dekorowania powierzchni metalowych. Metoda ta przekształca zwykłe blachy aluminiowe, profile lub obiekty 3D w powierzchnie, które replikują naturalny wygląd drewna, marmuru, cortenu lub niestandardowych wzorów.
Technologia ta ma zastosowanie głównie do aluminium i stali, ale także do innych materiałów odpornych na 200°C. Wyniki są certyfikowane do użytku na zewnątrz, zapewniając zarówno jakość estetyczną, jak i wydajność techniczną.

In 2012, Decoral® introduced QualityDecoral®, an internal certification that provides measurable data on the durability and outdoor performance of our finishes. The idea was born after our R&D team noticed how harsh climates, such as those in Florida, affected the color and gloss of painted surfaces. We decided to put our coatings to the test under these extreme conditions. The results were remarkable: even after five years of natural exposure, our finishes maintained their color, brilliance, and protective properties.
