Aluminium<\/strong>\u00a0feuilles, profils ou objets 3D sont\u00a0rev\u00eatement en poudre<\/strong>\u00a0et ensuite\u00a0d\u00e9cor\u00e9<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e0 l'aide d'un film de transfert thermique imprim\u00e9 avec des encres sp\u00e9ciales.<\/p>

Vous obtenez ainsi des finitions d\u00e9coratives qui reproduisent des mat\u00e9riaux naturels commele grain de bois, le marbre, le corten<\/strong> et n'importe quelle image sur le support en aluminium.<\/p>

Le pr\u00e9traitement vise \u00e0 nettoyer et \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger la surface m\u00e9tallique de la corrosion et des intemp\u00e9ries. Rev\u00eatement en poudre<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Le substrat m\u00e9tallique pr\u00e9trait\u00e9 est rev\u00eatu de poudre \u00e0 l'aide de pistolets \u00e9lectrostatiques. Il est ensuite durci au four selon les sp\u00e9cifications de la fiche technique. La couche de base prot\u00e8ge le produit contre des facteurs tels que les intemp\u00e9ries, la corrosion et l'abrasion.
Nos peintures en poudre, compos\u00e9es de r\u00e9sines polyester ou polyur\u00e9thane, sont totalement exemptes de solvants et de m\u00e9taux lourds.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

L'objet \u00e0 d\u00e9corer est emball\u00e9 \u00e0 l'aide d'un film de transfert thermique imprim\u00e9 avec le motif d\u00e9coratif. Il est ensuite scell\u00e9 sous vide \u00e0 la surface et plac\u00e9 dans un four Decoral\u00ae<\/sup> o\u00f9, sous l'effet de la chaleur et de la pression, les encres imprim\u00e9es sur le film sont transf\u00e9r\u00e9es dans la couche d'enduction. Quelques minutes plus tard, il est sorti de la machine et le film \u00e9puis\u00e9 est retir\u00e9 pour r\u00e9v\u00e9ler le motif d\u00e9coratif.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
